Anticimex has gone through an intense digitalization journey. With the acquisition of Wisecon completed, Anticimex was ready to push the button on Anticimex Smart. A concept that would take Anticimex from physical services to a digital solution provider.
We teamed up with Anticimex to create Anticimex Smart: a digital service to encapsulate and digitise all of Anticimex’s services. We developed the brand strategy, service offering, messaging, service presentation, site, films and additional service collateral. We then used Anticimex Smart as the vision for a rebranding of Anticimex itself.
We partnered with the central organization of Anticimex and designed a process including a reference group consisting of directions from all national markets. In stage 1 taking on Anticimex Smart, in stage 2 taking on the Anticimex master brand. In the end, ensuring global implementation in 17 markets.
